An alternative to dusty old L&M courses, our Core Programme is designed to help leaders and managers meet the challenges of the modern, distributed workplace.

This powerful development programme gives leaders and managers new psychological and practical skills to improve engagement and connection across their teams, regardless of physical location.

The programme kicks off with five powerful workshops that blend learning, discussion, reflective practice and interactive homework. Workshops can be delivered weekly or fortnightly, with a total learning time of approx. 20 hours:

  1. The Connection Mindset – how to understand, value and prioritise human connection
  2. All About You – how to listen and engage inclusively, with bravery & kindness
  3. All About The Team – how to communicate and collaborate for team success
  4. Connecting Through Stress – how to recognise stress, manage energy and stay connected
  5. Embedding Success – how to sustain a Culture of Connection through Connection Rituals

After the workshops, delegates start their 12-month Pro Community Membership, enabling them to practise their skills, learn new ones and connect and share with Connection Heroes from other organisations.

This level of sustained support builds trust, understanding and accountability, improves communication and collaboration and helps to embed a culture of connection across your whole organisation.
