Why Human Connection?

Creating genuine human connections in today’s distributed workplace is hard, but essential. Connected teams are happier, healthier, more engaged, more productive and they stay for longer. Companies are testing ways to improve connection through technology, events and now RTO mandates. But the foundations for real human connection are often overlooked: intention and skills.

It starts with intention

To prioritise human connection in the workplace, we must value it. And to value it, we must understand it. That’s why our programmes explore the neuroscience of human connection – what happens when we build trust and understanding; when we feel valued? How does this impact the way we interact with colleagues? We then apply this “connection mindset” to solve the practical challenges of the hybrid workplace.
