Our Connected Leaders Programme helps your managers meet the challenges of the modern workplace. Learning together in carefully curated cohorts, they’ll move through five powerful workshops – building a shared understanding of how our nervous systems shape team behaviour, gaining psychological and practical skills to improve trust and teamwork, and co-creating rituals to improve engagement, communication and collaboration from Day One.

Our Core Programme consist of five live, high-impact workshops:
1. The Connection Mindset
4 hours in-person
How to understand, value and prioritise human connection
Before you can connect with others, you need the mindset to make it matter. This foundational session explores why connection is essential at work, and what gets in the way. You’ll learn how humans are hard-wired for connection, explore the neuroscience behind trust, and start thinking about practical ways to build psychological safety in your team.

You’ll learn:
- The basics of human neurpscience and how this shapes team behaviour
- The positive impact of human connection on people and profit
- Why connection matters to you as a team and what blocks it
- How to build psychological safety in your team.
2. All About You
2 hours online
How to listen and engage inclusively, with bravery and kindness
Great connection starts with knowing yourself. This interactive session explores unconscious bias, positive psychology, and the power of deep listening. You’ll learn tools to build inclusive relationships, stay positive under pressure, and handle difficult conversations with confidence and care, to create positive outcomes for everyone on your team.

You’ll learn:
- To identify and reduce the impact of your own unconscious bias
- To reframe difficult moments with positive psychology
- To use the Three Levels of Listening to improve connection
- To give and receive feedback using Radical Candour
3. All About the Team
2 hours online
How to communicate and collaborate for team success
This session is packed with practical strategies to improve team communication and collaboration. You’ll learn about the people and process factors that drive effective collaboration and team success, and you’ll discover practical tools and frameworks to put the theory into practice, so that your team commnicate and collaborate with ease, regardless of physical location.

You’ll learn:
- About the people and process factors that drive effective collaboration
- How to use synchronous and asynchronous communication tools more effectively
- How to run inclusive and productive online meetings with your team
- How the Double Diamond model can improve real-world teamwork
4. Connecting through Stress
2 hours online
How to recognise stress, manage energy and stay connected
Stress is a connection killer, but it doesn’t have to be. In this session, you’ll learn how to spot stress signals in yourself and others, manage your energy more intentionally when you’re under pressure, and protect team connection during challenging periods and times of rapid change.

You’ll learn:
- To recognise signs of stress and how they affect team dynamics
- Simple techniques to keep yourself in the connection zone
- How to manage your energy using the Science of Stamina framework
- How to maintain team focus and alignment using the MoSCoW technique
5. Embedding a Culture of Connection
4 hours in-person
How to sustain a culture of connection through rituals
This session brings together everything you’ve learned to co-create lasting habits, rituals and processes that keep connection alive – even in hybrid or high-change environments. You’ll leave with a clear set of team rituals to embed human connection into daily life with your team.

You’ll learn:
- What your team’s biggest connection blockers are
- How to put your new Connection Skills into practice
- To co-design team rituals that build trust and connection
- How to embed these rituals so connection is maintained
