She co-created the Connection Heroes’ Core Strengths Framework and works with Di to ensure all our training is grounded in evidence-based psychology and neuroscience.

With 18 years in community management and customer engagement, Viv designs experiences that build trust and connection and deliver real-life impact. She works at the intersection of digital tools and human interaction, creating systems and spaces that make sure every client and learner journey is meaningful, memorable and built for lasting results.

With over a decade in software engineering, Joe builds efficient, scalable, user-focused digital products for ambitious start-ups and fast-growing organisations.
